Onboarding

Onboarding is a three-step process including:

Step 1: Select app language

Step 2: Enable LAI core script

Step 3: Add LAI product reviews section

Step 1: Select app language

• The default language of LAI is English. Moreover, we also provide you with other 5 languages including French, Portuguese, Chinese, Spanish, Svenska and Turkish.

Step 2: Activate LAI core script (LAI app embed)

• Click Activate LAI core script > It'll redirect you to Shopify theme editor.

• Click Save to save the change:

• LAI core script will be activated to show upcoming added LAI widgets.
• When you return to onboarding, the system checks whether the LAI embed blocks are enabled.

• If the feature isn’t enabled, you’ll still see the Activate LAI Core Script button. Click it to activate, and don’t forget to save your changes.

Step 3: Add Product reviews section

On 2.0 themes

• Click on Add product reviews section > It'll redirect you to Shopify theme editor > a Product reviews section block will be added to your Default product page > click Save.

On 1.0 themes

• Follow the on-screen instructions to add it:

• When you return to onboarding, the system checks whether the product reviews section is added:

• Once the setup is complete, click Finish to continue.
• On the Dashboard, you can import reviews, customize widgets, or manage widget translations:
