Review request with/without coupons
This feature helps collect more reviews by allowing you to send review request emails automatically.
To enable this feature, go to Emails > At Review request: click on Manage > Switch the button.
Trigger: You can set the time for the emails to be automatically sent, according to the status of the customers' orders. Min is 0 and max is 24 for Hours option, 40 for Days option. There are 4 types of triggers:
+ Orders are paid
+ Orders are fulfilled
+ Orders are archived
+ Orders are delivered: A tracking app is required to be installed to get this event.
Email Subject: The title of the email sent to customer.
Preview text: A summary of your email.
Note: Email Subject and Preview text may contain one of information in the red-marked box as below:
Please click each part to edit and design it as you desire.
To move or remove any section, click the section > there are icon to remove on top left side and icon to move on right side.
The default color is grey. To change the color, please click the grey area around the email and click Background color.
You can upload your logo or change the Store name.
Note: The image format are gif, png, jpeg and jpg.
Use (Buy first name) and (Shop name) where you want the customers' first name and your shop name to appear.
You can add one out of 4 extra sections for your emails:
Text: extra description for your emails.
Button: You can attach an extra link and change the title as you want.
Image: Images can be attached as you design. You can also give text and attach link to the image.
Divider: There is a line used to separate the content with the footer.
You can edit and hide/unhide your store name, address, phone number and Brandmark.
The email contains products in the order and Submit buttons moving customers to these product pages to leave reviews.
