# Upgrade Problem

|| This problem happens due to a technical reason. It is occuring to the upgrade in all Shopify apps. 

## How to upgrade successfully

In case you cannot subscribe to any paid plan, please follow our solution as below: 

**Step 1**: Use an **Incognito window**.

**Step 2**: Log in your account as usual. 

**Step 3**: Go to LAI app > **upgrade** again.
