Import instruction

Step 1: Add LAI extension

We recommend you use Google Chrome to add the LAI extension.

Visit Chrome extension and assure to complete adding LAI extension.

If you added the extension before, please kindly remove it and re-add the extension to make it work.

Step 2: Sign up/Log in an Amazon account

Each country has a different Amazon link. If you intend to import Amazon reviews from different countries, please remember to log in to each link to assure that the import is successful.

On the header of the Amazon page, click on Hello, sign in to sign up or log in your Amazon account.

Step 3: Import Amazon reviews

Select a product

Fill in the import filter

Reviews with videos might be rejected because our app does not support importing video reviews from Amazon.

Amazon product link: Enter the link of the Amazon product you want to import from. For example this Amazon link.

Quantity: Enter a review number you want.

Due to a new Amazon policy, the maximum number of imported reviews per Amazon link is 100.

Content options:

Contain photos: LAI will only get the reviews that contain photo.
Contain text: LAI will only get the reviews that contain text.
Voted as helpful: LAI will only get reviews that were voted as helpful.
More than 1 option: reviews need to match all the selected options to be imported.

Date range:

Anytime (default)

Exclude last 7 days

This month

Last 30 days

Last 90 days

Custom

Preview and finish the import

Click Import reviews

Preview the list of imported reviews

Select your favorite ones and complete the import process
