• Delete reviews

  From the Dashboard, please go to the Reviews. Delete specific reviews Select a review or multiple reviews that you want to delete a pop-up with additional options will appear at the bottom of the page Click on "..." symbol Delete reviews. • Export review

  This feature is available on Complete plan. 1. Export all reviews From the Dashboard, please go to Reviews Click on Import and Export. Move to the Export reviews section Click on Export. Automatically, a CSV file containing data on all reviews from your store will be downloadedFew readers

• Pending reviews

  When a customer submits a new review, it will appear here. You can approve, hide, pin or delete these reviews. If you need more support, please contact us via live chat or send us emails to support@Few readers

• Reply review

  This feature is available on Complete plan. You go to the Reviews Click each review you want to reply to Scroll down to Reply to review section Type your reply text Click button Reply. Here is how it looks like on your store. If you need more support, please contact uFew readers

• Pin review

  You can prioritize important reviews on top of the review widget by pinning them. Pin a review For example, you want this review on top of your review widget: Go to Products, select that product and find the review. Click the review you wanna pin and choose Pin review. • Auto publish review

  This section allows the customer’s reviews on your online store to be published automatically based on the ratings. This feature is available on Essential plan. • Filter spam for new reviews

Review arrangement across products

• Sync reviews across products

  Syncing reviews allows you to instantly update reviews of products in the same group. Products belonging to a group will have the exact same reviews. This feature will be useful when you have products that variants of one product have their unique product URLs. Ex: Red and blue shirt Products with the same function.
